Pros
They give opportunity to new grads. It is a good place to start and get some experience. Depending on the team you get in you could learn a lot. The office has a nice family feeling around all coworkers, everyone is nice and friendly. Pretty child at times, so work life balance should not be an issue.
Cons
Hard to move up or get promotions. If you get hired as a level one you are better off getting some experience fast and then changing jobs. If you don't get in on a challenging team you are probably not going to be getting any exiting work or learning much. Must be friends with management to possibly move up, hard work alone won't always get you there.
