Pros

For people wanting to work on game changing technology, this is the place. This place is not for people who want to have fun and just get by days, as the work being done is very challenging Gamma is the product that will change the world

Cons

If you are not unto the technical level of the general team, this is not the place for you as work is really ground breaking (and therefore challenging) This is not a company that is not out there to please people directly , they are making a world class product, so often people who can't keep up the pressure of developing good code, leave.
