The pay is minimum and our tips are horrible we work very hard and are unappreciated by guest most of the time. Management nitpicks everything we do even when then know we are understaffed and expects everything to be completed in 5hrs. (It rarely gets finished) they also don't have enough equipment for us to do our jobs (plates bowls utensils etc)
