The office space is on the smaller side, but with the shift toward remote work, it’s been a smart and natural transition. The previous larger space wasn’t necessary for how the company operates now.

The CEO creates a toxic culture. He frequently gossips about his direct reports behind their backs and even to their more junior team members. This has created constant and significant churn among the executive team which leads to paralysis in the organization.
