Cons
Leadership is not aligned. Two key leaders pull in different directions, and everyone else pays the price. It creates constant confusion, slow decisions, and unnecessary bottlenecks. HR is set up to fail. HR and managers get mixed instructions, then get blamed when things don’t land. It’s a tiring “do this… no, not like that” cycle. The “no toxic culture” talk feels like a slogan. The day-to-day reality can still feel tense, especially at management level. Ego runs the room. Feedback and disagreement are taken personally. You can’t build strong systems if honest pushback is not welcome. AI is used like a shield for decisions. AI gets used to justify choices, and the questions keep getting pushed until it gives the answer leadership wants. That’s not decision-making. That’s looking for validation.
