Pros
Waited to write this until I had spent some real time with the company to get over that honey moon phase. When interviewing I saw the previous reviews and got nervous that culture was going to be a big issue. Culture is my biggest pro when it comes to this company. These people are there for you. If you have a question you can turn to anyone and they will happily answer it or point you to the person that can. They ask about your life, they give you opportunities move up, they want to see you succeed. If you have done something positive they will recognize you for it. Our product is great and gets better everyday. We have a dev team that knows exactly what they need to do to improve our product and have a clear roadmap of what the like at the end of the year. This makes it easy sell because I know what I promise my customers will be delivered and is competitively priced. There are so many opportunities to grow with this company. In the sales we have had 3 people promoted (myself included) and have one more to be promoted in the next month.
Cons
There are sometimes road blocks in my job from processes not being built out. This can slow down the time it takes to get a deal to close. Upper management has a lot on their plate which can make it hard to get time on their calendar. You need to be independent to succeed here. You need to be the type of person who is self motivated and knows when to ask for help because you have a lot of autonomy. This isn't a con for me but can be a con for some people so want to point it out.
