I have worked as an Android developer at Elluminati Inc for the past four years, and it is disheartening to witness the company's decline in professionalism. There has been a noticeable shift towards hiring fake employees with fabricated degrees. It is particularly concerning to see individuals with B.com degrees assigned to Android development projects, as they lack the necessary technical expertise. The poor communication skills of the fake developers have further exacerbated the situation. Clients have escalated their concerns due to the inability of these individuals to effectively understand and address their requirements.
