I have worked at Stanzione & Kim, LLP for more than a year, and have learned more about intellectual Property Law here than at any other law firm in the past. The managing attorney has quite an extensive amount of experience in patent prosecution, and spends much time reviewing and mentoring others in order to produce the top-quality work Stanzione & Kim has been recognized for. The environment is casual and friendly. The benefits package, including a retirement plan, is the best in the business. This firm goes above and beyond matching contributions to a 401K plan, and provides full benefits to each employee. There is always more than enough work in different and challenging technologies for those willing to learn and grow with the firm.

The type of work is very challenging, so it requires focus, dedication, and devotion to learning - much more so than at other law firms.

I have been working at Stanzione & Kim, LLP for about 6 years and love the small, intimate atmosphere of this workplace. I believe there to be a close knit environment between the staff, attorneys and partners which allows for this firm to flow smoother than most places I’ve worked. While all firms can be very intense and possibly high in stress, I thoroughly enjoy the teamwork and bonds I have formed here in which we all work together to keep this firm heading in a positive direction. Because of this and the steady workload, I know the future will present even more opportunities and great growth for Stanzione & Kim. The firm also offers great benefits and the compensation is very generous and that is very hard to come by these days. In addition, they offer a 401K and profit-sharing plan to which the firm contributes. Overall, this is a fast growing, high in quality firm that I consider a small family that works well together for the greater purpose of making this firm one of the best in the country in regards to our work quality and clientele relations. I will also be bold in saying that this firm has a support staff that I would rank one of the top in its field of work.

If you’re looking for a firm that focuses on litigation, this is not the place for you. Stanzione & Kim tends to mainly focus on Patent Prosecution, which is what I happen to enjoy most about this firm.
