Nothing really. I guess the benefit package was ok.

Management doesn't help or care about patients or staff. Cries for help from staff went ignored leading to massive amounts of call offs and turnover. Staff often skips lunches and leaves hours late to possibly finish day to day task. Also try to make sure your pay rate stays competitive. At one point I was making 7$ less an hour than a new grad simply because I didn't ask for more...
