      Leaving at 5pm every day

      Cons

      Micromanaged, scrutinised and bullied. I would not recommend anyone work for this company. They pride themselves on being a “family business” but this could not be further from the truth. I joined ambitious and ready to develop a career but the company would rather you stay in the same job than look at avenues of opportunity. Day to day life was terrible - from being sworn at to being belittled and bullied by management.

      Pros

      A family-run business where everyone is on a first-name basis, regardless of seniority. The company has a very sociable and welcoming culture, with a genuinely friendly team. There’s a strong level of trust from management, allowing you the freedom to bring in business without micromanagement. Overall, a positive atmosphere both in-store and across the branch network.

      nice small teams and easy going

      Cons

      saw multiple people get fired over what looked like jealously due to upper management not liking how well some new starters got on with existing staff and tried to push changes staff wanted for ages.
