      High pay. All positions get a bonus, a healthy one. Excellent benefits and perks. Nice people. Smart people. Treats employees well.

      Cons

      You are expected to work overtime. Not really a con, per se, but more of a heads up.

      Benefits, People, Work Culture, Mostly Collaborative Teams

      Cons

      Some bad apples ruin the culture within some teams. People do not speak up openly with Sr,Mgmt. Culture is changing with more Sell Side hires in management.
