You don't need more than a diploma to start in entry level positions. Training on the job for almost all positions. Best place to work for advancement without higher education. Good benefits.
Cons
Smoke environment. Strict rules and policies. Always be truthful on application, and when you make a mistake. Management sometimes forgets that employees are human.
