Disrespectful management can talk down on you. Hard to contact team members as some are “not available” when you need them for simple tasks

Opportunity to work on modern technologies (AWS, Python, SQL). Fast-paced environment where you can gain hands-on experience. If you’re self-driven and take initiative, you’ll learn a lot.

Management is not transparent — experienced lies and lack of honesty. Very little flexibility to change projects. Typical agency model: you’re a resource, not a person. The learning came mostly from my own heavy lifting and commitment, not from structured support.
