Pros

- Onboarding, the CEO will spend time with you. - Employees from level 3 are the nicer bunch.

Cons

- If you want to be a recruiter would highly not recommend as the landing is very hard here when you do not meet your KPI. -1 month not hitting KPI they will just kick you out. (Even if you were to show that you did improve it will not matter. As a business they will not give you the time. 1 month you dont show results, and its good bye to your Job. - Highly recommend other recruitment consultant firm as their landing might be way softer if you fall. - You have to be an extrovert. You will not survive if you are an introvert as management will feedback that you isolate yourself (even if you are just working hard to hit the KPIs) - There is Zero career growth or opportunities as this is a place where you either make it or they just boot you out. - Not having work life balance is one thing but the fact that you work hard and you are never recognized for that is just disappointing.
