No commission no good salary

Lots of opportunities for on job training and inter department transfer. Good for newly graduate 'cause you can learn a lot from the job. For the past few years, most of the people receive quarterly and yearly bonus also commissions if you reach the target. Nice friendly working environment. Company pays 90% of the medical benefit. FSA and 401K options. Downsized but doing ok until this year.

Base salary is not in market range. Due to time difference, the communication with HQ is not too easy. Usually work after hours for conference calls with HQ. Unstable this year.
