Good overall vision for the company - high up management has a lot of interaction with lower level employees. The owners are extremely nice and fun to work for. They encourage all employees to provide feedback to any management, all the way up to ownership. Easy to be heard and express feelings about company any time.
Cons
Employee morale is not what it should be. Management talks about making changes to the way things are run but typically don't follow through. Pay is not always competitive.
