Great culture. Decent job. Low pay. - Team Member Elite Property Research Employee Review

Working for Elite was one of my favorite atmospheres to work in. I worked with the company for a few years but recently moved on to another opportunity. The work is honestly pretty easy. Throughout my time there many people who left came back. Proving the grass isn't always greener. . The schedule is pretty flexible if needed as long as your work gets completed.

The office is in west Bradenton.

Easy to get a job here. Free lunches every so often are brought in. Overtime is available certain parts of the year.

First and most important: Poor and unprofessional management. Some people should not be in a position to manage/supervise anyone. The management (one person really) speaks to her staff as if they are children, scolding as if you are her teenage son. No HR. The supervisor is the HR department. In other words, again no HR. Very laid back and unprofessional office. Foul language is used daily throughout the company and staff. Children will be running around the office when they school is out. Very noisy office atmosphere. Nepotism Nepotism Nepotism. Family and relatives to the CEO and management continue to get the promotions, left and right. Disconnected CEO. (Onsite CEO) had her favorites and didn't really seem to show a desire to get to know them.
