Pros
For the most part all of my coworkers have become my “work family”. I work in one one of the retail locations in South Charlotte. The hours are great. We are closed on Sunday and have shorter hours on Saturdays. Pay is competitive and slightly higher than other dry cleaners in the area.
Cons
It is a small business and doesn’t have the structure of a larger corporation, which has its drawbacks but also positives. We lost a lot of employees during the pandemic and those of us who stayed had to scramble to keep things running smoothly. It can be fast paced and occasionally you have to deal with rude customers.
