Pros
Good co-workers. Everyone is willing to teach and pass on knowledge. Good place to learn basic audio visual. New equipment.
Cons
Management is not truthful or is ignorant about upcoming work available to its technicians. Dropping full time employees to 8 hours a week is just plain wrong. Corporate promises an average of 32 hours a week, yearly. But it doesn't add up to that.
