This company offers zero job security, especially for developers. Once they feel the project is done or they don’t need you anymore, you’re out – no matter your contribution. It’s an incredibly unstable environment. Despite the management belonging to the Jain community – which is generally known for ethical behavior – the way they treat employees is far from fair or respectful.
