Staff who work in production, are very helpful and are always ready to help.
Cons
Management likes more than a few engineers than others, especially those who speak Russian. Those who do not speak Russian have the worst schedules, usually, work the night shift and also the company also training the engineers that the boss likes. In one year 4 engineers left because they did not like the boss.
