Methodology & delivery - Many projects have limited methodology/repeatability. Often re-inventing the wheel even for service offerings that have been executed before. Project balance - depending on sales pipeline can be months on the bench or working 2 projects simultaneously Compensation is lower than big 4, they try to make up for it with soft benefits. Some internal processes are still very ad-hoc - Onboarding, training, invoicing
