      Good salary if you can survive management.

      Cons

      Constant office staff turnaround and instability. Poor marketing. They cannot keep work coming in on a steady flow. Toxic work environment. Psychological harassment.

      -great pay, flexible hours -friendly and passionate staff -very knowledgeable General Manager with tons of experience. He is very innovative and a fantastic mentor.

      Cons

      -old building with old and outdated equipment -lack of investment into more modern equipment -the owner is not very involved in decision making and is non existent -lack of workforce. The General manager wears many caps
