      I love that they have both full time and part time positions, very flexible schedule, work culture is very accommodating and understanding and very lively!!

      Cons

      I think the biggest con right is now is salary.

      Pros

      Flexible hours and scheduling, very fair policies. Pay was good for an entry level job.

      Lack of communication throughout the company, not much room for growth.

      Pros

      The after school site supervisors and staff were great to work with, the curriculum , playing sports, and of course the kids!

      Cons

      Elevo management. Also, several coaches I met were inexperienced with children, some lacked professionalism. Some said or did things not appropriate around children.
