Pros

ElevenLabs has one of the most advanced and rapidly evolving products in the AI voice space. The technology is genuinely impressive and the company moves fast to stay ahead of competitors. The team is full of smart, ambitious people who are deeply passionate about what they do, and the company has strong momentum in the market.

Cons

The work environment can be extremely demanding. Teams often feel significant pressure to deliver at all times, leading to very long hours and a constant sense of urgency. There’s an underlying fear of not doing enough or being seen as underperforming, which can create a stressful culture. Work-life balance is difficult to maintain, and job security can feel uncertain.

Thank you for the honest reflection. The pros - the technology, the team, the momentum - sit alongside the cons you raised, and both are a valid part of what your experience was here. Demanding pace, long hours, fear of underperforming, and uncertain job security are not the experience we want for anyone here. Feedback this specific from a former Recruiter is hard to read past. We would welcome the chance to talk through your time here directly, if you are open to it. We appreciate you taking the time to share this. ElevenLabs Talent Team

Pros

I love the whole vibe of the company, it’s fast paced but not in an insane way, but in a motivating way.

Cons

It’s contracted, would be nice to be benefited, but honestly overall, very happy.
