      Meaningful and impactful mission; Good people; Unlimited PTO; Wonderful clients; Great pay

      Cons

      High turnover across the board; inconsistencies in HR; Not a good environment for virtual/remote employees - they are very behind the times here; If someone has a friend or former colleague become available for work be prepared to be replaced with no warning or explanation

      Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

      Cons

      Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
