Treated like a criminal if they will fire you 5. No platform to raise concern 5. Do not listen to their patented dialogue of elevated experience, they dont have good client and not one of those companies which will sustain in future 6. Thank you so much for this wonderful review! A 5-star rating after three years carries REAL weight, and it means a great deal to us! Flexible schedules, genuine work-life balance, and regular learning opportunities are things we want to be table stakes at Elevate. Hearing that they're consistently part of your experience tells us we're getting the fundamentals right. The communication gap around case load assignments is a fair flag: even one breakdown in clarity can create unnecessary stress, and that's worth fixing. We're reviewing how assignments are communicated to ensure all Elevaters always have what they need to hit the ground running.

Pros

Parking was free no lunch provided though. Staffing coordinator was at least nice. Other than that needs improvement.

Cons

Terrible experience our schedule changed multiple times. First we were working 4-5 days a week for multiple weeks. Then before event they changed it to just 6 total shifts. Then the day before the second event they canceled everyone. It was also very hot and they didn’t provide full size water bottles. Just a small pack of minis. Which for 10 adults that’s not acceptable especially when you sent a memo out the day prior preaching water hydration because of the heat advisory. Thankfully, I was smart enough to go to first aid to get us water since it was 90 outside. Also not enough equipment to service guests. Lots of angry customers.
