Pros

The ONLY pros I can think is that you could login late in the morning if your work schedule allows. I would have to think twice or endlessly of any other Pros.

Cons

1. It's NOT a GREAT PLACE TO WORK. Not even close to being one. 2. Their business is to hire people without complete knowledge of whether this position should be filled by hiring another person and then firing without any prior notice. You forget that you will see any information written or verbal either by your reporting director or HR. In my experience of working with them for a couple of years (this was my bread and butter), I have seen them only fire people twice or thrice, to say the least (from my team and beyond). 3. Do NOT trust your reporting director(s), and most importantly, HRs. Your manager will schedule weekly team meetings, and soon, you will see you end up meeting your managers or being available on chat/messages until midnight. Meetings start with no end to when they end. Senior Managers/directors are good for nothing; the whole team should directly report to the VP/BU head to improve productivity. No clear directions are given by Directors/someone who has been part of Elevate for years. 4. I have seen the first company in my career which doesn't value its customers/clients. Elevate is full of who said what to whom, and that too at higher levels. Lastly, worst experience ever!!!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! A 5-star rating after three years carries REAL weight, and it means a great deal to us! Flexible schedules, genuine work-life balance, and regular learning opportunities are things we want to be table stakes at Elevate. Hearing that they're consistently part of your experience tells us we're getting the fundamentals right. The communication gap around case load assignments is a fair flag: even one breakdown in clarity can create unnecessary stress, and that's worth fixing. We're reviewing how assignments are communicated to ensure all Elevaters always have what they need to hit the ground running.

Pros

You get some paid holidays off

Cons

Run far away. These people pay incredibly below market value. Believe in yourself. You can do better. There is a major disconnect between Elevate and the employer - and the employee gets the bad end of the deal every time. I have never worked someone with more unprofessional people who don’t take any accountability for their actions and promises. I didn’t get paid and was told “oh well we will get you the next pay period, 2 weeks later.” They don’t care about the worker bee. That is evident by the super low wages they pay. Someone with a law degree getting paid less than Kylie Jenner’s maid is pathetic.
