-Lack of morale causing talented, highly educated employees to flee at all costs -Lack of respect and honor, for employees who work hard, are honest, and come from other organizations. They have a clique of people they like, and if you aren't a part of it, they are unkind to you, rude, and find ways to push you out -No push to grow. They want you stuck in a department that usually has no formal training, poor leadership, and high politics. A place where you are unhappy, and never will be happy. They do not promote GROWTH. -Holidays peak seasons you are expected to sacrifice family, sanity, friendships, and your health to work for a company, who disrespects you. No thanks.
