Pros
Collaborative environment, access to the tools we need, friendly environment, WFH on Fridays and after training is finished, those with neurodivergent conditions are accommodated up to a point unless, I assume, HR becomes involved.
Cons
Management can come across a little passive-aggressive at times if their decisions are overridden, last minute changes with no reason and just being told we'll be fine and to adapt and this can happen very frequently, rules will be changed and given as exceptions to certain people with no explanation.
