There's ample scope of learning since people hardly know their own work. You can gain experience in other functions as well if you're good enough then CEO will ask you to do others' work along with your own.
Cons
CEO HR Team Bureau members The above people don't respect employees' time or work. Bureau members just order others from event, design, SAT & editorial team members to get their work done under the guise of conducting "meeting" with officers. They visit one officer a day, spend the entire day with barely any fruitful outcome and leave after taking selfie! When they have events coming up in states, they ask young pretty girls from head office to accompany them for meetings etc with clients/sponsors/officers just to get their work easier. They're ruining the kids' future by not letting them do anything fruitful. The bureau and senior salespeople have a typical red tapism attitude who neither do their own work nor let others work too. The HR ladies are the most useless & unprofessional people ever. They lack basic empathy towards employees and no work ethics. They don't remember joining dates or last dates but are always one step ahead in deducting salaries. They discuss (gossip) other employees' personal lives in their absence and makes unnecessary remarks about their family/spouses. Even during pandemic & lockdown, they asked people to come to work, whereas they were chilling from their homes.
