A chaotic mess is how I would describe this place. I quickly learned why staff turnover is so high.
Each day, a never ending parade of customers came through the doors. Even though we were understaffed most of the time, management would seat people with little to no wait time. There were times when only 4-5 front of house employees were working and the restaurant (including the patio) would be nearly full.
The general manager (extremely rude, obnoxious, and disrespectful towards employees) would scold and nag employees for not being able to quickly wait on every customer in their section while performing other tasks. Instead of lending a hand to struggling employees, he nagged them.
I do not recommend working here. The work environment is toxic.
