PTO, Casual Environment, ..... if only the things they tell you to get you in the door were true
Cons
The casual environment was to laid back and people were allowed to do whatever they wanted if they knew the right people but if they didn't and they spoke out about sudden changes even when they were told that there was an open door policy then they were done away with
