Pros

Owners are very invested in the growth of their company and their employees, they go above and beyond being supportive and motivating, and making sure you have everything you need as an employee. Don't be afraid of the team meetings other reviews mention, it's a few minutes of us getting pumped up to start the day off strong, and it's a chance to get to know your coworkers who quickly become family. Great culture where everyone motivates and inspires each other. Office provides lots of snacks and coffee/tea to keep you going, and catered lunch on Thursdays. Overall amazing place to work and I can't recommend it enough!

Cons

Fast paced environment (it is real estate!) could be a challenge for some

Pros

Getting to work with talented people in all facets of the real estate, construction, and design business! The owners set the bar when it comes to work ethic and continue to bring gorgeous reimagined homes to the market place! There's a lot of room to grow, develop, and co-create in this forward-thinking Brand! The location is nice, the office atmosphere is upbeat, and the food provided is always nice!! Two smart CEO's with intentions to do good in everything they do!!

Cons

Sometimes there's Randy's donuts, In-N-Out, and pizza which can be hard to turn down.

Pros

They tend to pay fairly and on time. The office is nice and clean.

Cons

The executives are brothers and co-ceo's and I've never experienced any company successfully run by 2 ceo's ...they are no exception. They will exist as they have existed for years but in all honesty I'm not sure if they will ever be profitable. There seems to be some shady dealings with ownership of this brokerage business. I was told by another former employee that these two are rich kids playing boss. It's highly possible that their parents bankrolled the operation from another country. Anyway, all the secretiveness surrounding their business dealings seems to always get in the way of TRUE TRANSPARENCY and moving forward with work. The turnover is insane here. They've burned bridges with plenty of employees who have in fact been very loyal to them while rolling out the red carpet for employees who could care less about their vision but played them in the office in order to keep paying their bills. They hire amazing staff with a painfully long recruiting process but it does them no good when all they're really interested in is doing solely what they want to do. Soooo many great people have left this place. The environment is definitely ripe w/ sexist talk and behavior, felt sorry for the ladies. I originally thought it was an LGBT friendly environment by the way the owners dress until we all finally saw the loose vegas after hours types they tend to date at work functions.
