Pros

- Work-life balance - Everyone has a voice - Good facilities -

Cons

- If something isn't working, the CEO will immediately make drastic changes. In My year of employment that happened twice. For example, a major failed launch for a product. The fault was a confusing product name he insisted on. The blame went to the CMO. - In the last firing round, my team fired only women. - Some managers are visibly incompetent and yet they stay. - HR is usually impotent but this is something else
