Pros

Great product The regular employees are great and professional people

Cons

Elementor's management is a fiasco. To support their sales growth, the company quadrupled it's workforce during 2021, handing the reins to a locally well-known VP Marketing who is excellent at Marketing... himself. Throughout this period, strategies and department structures changed on a regular basis, management and employee churn were at peak levels. In February 2022, the company launched a promising product which was supposed to change the website building market and lead Elementor to the next phase in it's evolution, Needless to say, sales of the product hit 25% of their monthly KPIs at best. Besides the professional failure, this period was also characterized in a high burnout rate with no regards to employee's work-life-balance. When launching a branded campaign aiming to coin and own the term "Web Creators" to describe professionals who build on the internet, employees were put under pressure to change their jobs on LinkedIn and Facebook to "Web Creator at Elementor". This means invading into employee's PERSONAL platforms and online presence and blurring the lines between life and work, and a lot of those employees got the boot a few months later when they were a "burden" to a company irresponsible for it's own decisions. Elementor is a great product, and all credit due to its two founders for building it. But Yoni, the CEO, will never be able to lead the company on the managerial side of things to a brighter, stable future, when effectively he is treating it like a school project. He keeps on mentioning that he is an inexperienced manager because he doesn't have any background, as if saying it out loud makes it cute and straightforward, without acknowledging the impact it has on people's lives. The layoffs: People were told a day after their hearing that their contract is immediately terminated and they'll be kicked out of all company accounts and logged off their laptops, creating a lot of stress and not leaving time to prepare themselves for job search, updating their portfolio, etc. Don't work there. Really, just don't.
