      - Remote Work - Desire to be better from management - A northern working attitude

      Cons

      - No dedicated time to improve - Like most agency work primary focus is on turn around which can be unrealistic - In order to retain staff, there was lack of vision, standards and ways of working, trying to be everything to everyone
