This solar company also started working with a non profit to make sales and generate more profits. The job ad was not at all realistic or accurate. 0 base pay even during trainings. Extremely long hours including weekends. Work is standing outside with no AC. Office is small, new, with almost no furniture. Manger is nice but only priority is money. Most other employees did not graduate college or have a degree at all.
