Peers are very friendly and helpful.

Other departments are not managed to create a good customer experience, which leads to the customer experience being solely managed by the Account Consultant and the AC has very limited resources to manage the entire customer experience. Management is unaware of daily issues and unwilling to receive feedback from employees regarding issues experienced by customers/employees.
