I’ve only been here a short time, but so far it’s been a fantastic place to work. The coworkers are fantastic, HR is amazing, work environment is laid back and easy going. I’ve worked a lot of places over the past 20 years and this one is definitely at the top. I also see many opportunities to move laterally and up in this company. Also very diverse, I work with people of all cultures! Love it!

I have been with Element for over 3 years. This company continues to bring new, innovative and high quality products to market and consistently works to improve the experience for customers and employees. Element's leaders are approachable, accountable and continuously improving. The company has sought out employee feedback to influence both the company strategy and the employee experience. Over the past 2 years, there have been numerous improvements in processes across the company and numerous advances to the employee experience such as new benefit offerings, time-off, flexibility, and volunteer opportunities. In addition, our office in MN has a fully functional kitchen, an on-site gym, showers, and weekly chiropractic and chair massage for a small fee. The leaders care about us as people and focus on results in a collaborative environment.

Not a con for me, but we are a mostly in-office work environment. I love the collaboration this brings, but if you are looking for a fully remote job, this isn't the place for you. That said, the company is really flexible with allowing employees the time they need to take care of themself and/or family including working from home.
