      Pros

      Top non-profit healthcare organization in the Boston metro area when looking for a home/work life balance. Medical Director is passionate about the work we do and supportive of the entire medical team. Working in a multi-disciplinary environment, alongside other motivated individuals, is extremely fulfilling. Amazing benefits.

      Some staff, mostly the mediocre performers, you can never make happy and will always look at the glass as half empty.
