Pros
Friendly co-workers and great executive staff that are very approachable. CEO encourages employees to email him and he does personally answer your e-mails and takes an interest in your career. Other top executive staff makes sure they come around to talk to all the employees they can to get feedback and answer questions.
Cons
Pay can sometimes be lower than other companies in the area. Also your management team can sometimes not care a whole lot about their employees and are just focused on moving up in their position.
