Pros
Once you were able to establish a relationship with the Union Reps, working with employees became easier. Parking inside a gate for Office Personnel because the employees could get dangerous, if you had to implement disciplinary measures.
Cons
Establishing a relationship with employees was difficult until you found a way to establish trust. There can be some backstabbing with those who you think is in your corner. No room for growth. Office setting was cubicles with other colleagues, in an open room.
