Pros

The leaders will eventually burn the company to the ground, trying save themselves from looking incompetent.

Cons

Thousands of outdated systems to work with, thousands of emails, expect to work 16 hour days Also your days off if your salaried. This company has destroyed many lives including their customers with their terrible products. The company does not value their customers or employee's. Awards they claim, regarding their products have not brought them anymore in sales, after burning down several houses. An open door policy does not mean , to constantly replace employee's every week. That's a revolving door! They are under constant audit fails regarding controls, and will do nothing to address the accuracy of the numbers because it may mean a leader may lose their job.. The upper management have disappointed many who cared and have been committed to the growth for many years. The leaders are so busy trying to save their own jobs, they have lost focus on what really matters.

Electrolux Response

I can understand that you feel frustrated with your former workplace, but you have voiced several serious allegations that come without any evidence. Please remember that while this was your personal experience at Electrolux, you did work within a specific team at a specific location. Electrolux has 60,000 employees in 60 countries that do not necessarily feel the same way. In fact, you have former colleagues in the US who do not share your view of Electrolux as is evidenced by their reviews here. Glassdoor reviews should be a way for people to read realistic reviews of a workplace, as clearly everyone experiences both pros and cons wherever they work. I’m sorry that after 3 years with the company you feel that you have nothing positive to say about it. Best of luck in your new endeavors.

Pros

Office is clean. Free electric vehicle charging is available.

Cons

Global Leadership is forcing RTO which is presumably to get people to quit so they don't have to have a RIF and deal with that backlash. There's no reason for it after posting great numbers while everyone was remote or hybrid. Leadership is expecting the same output from employees as those at the banks in Charlotte. But that's without the benefits of high pay, big bonuses and unlimited PTO. Unless you're on a director's favorites list, you are just a pawn.
