      -Fun Enviroment -Great People -Excellent Work/Life Balance Pretty good company overall considering it's in Bloomington IL, but note salaries are a bit low

      Cons

      -Lack of Upper Management -Very slow to respond to changing enviroment -Very Conservative in decision making Needs to make BETTER product, the company would keep coming out with the same flawed product.

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Cons

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
