      The company has a very respectfull workplace and there is very little micromanagement.

      Cons

      It's really hard and takes a really long time to "climb up" the corporate ladder. Takes forever to advance in this company

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Cons

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
