Pros
well, if you like working in a run-down dirty poorly maintained factory, then this place is for you. Don't know if Electrolux's plants for higher end products are any better, but for a highly respected name like Electrolux, this low margin plant is sad.
Cons
Complete disconnect between Plant Manufacturing Engineers and Advanced MFE group. Lots of fingerpointing by the Plant MFE group with little to no supporting data, which unfortunately for Electrolux, was bought by the PM without question. Even when contradictory data was presented, PM continued to repeat references to long-discounted excuses for non-performance by Plant MFE's.
