      Pros

      In my opinion 80% good rate, the values are strong in the Global company and also the company is is investing in new factories in Latam.

      Cons

      The operation in Colombia is small, for that the benefits and training is low. Too limited career plan inside Colombia.

      Pros

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Cons

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
