Pros
People work together, even across the different departments. I found it very easy to get help when needed from management and teams. I wish I had never left. The locations and ability to progress are very much appreciated. My supervisor was wonderfully in touch. It was a wonderful gesture to cut back hours instead of cutting positions when the economy was at its worst.
Cons
Salaries are a little on the low side, but the work is not stressful. For the type of work people perform the requirements to get hired are a bit far fetched, especially the degree requirements.
