      The pay is decent. One of the highest paying jobs in my current location.

      Cons

      The dept I work in is a typical call center environment. There is no confidentiality at work. There is no professionalism between management and the employees. It can be very unorganized

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
